Srinivas holds a bachelor degree from the Regional Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur (currently known as National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur). Prior to founding SPR, Srinivas was Pre-sales head at Viranchi Collaborated with the sales team, offering technical insights and solutions during client pitches and negotiations.

Venu joined SPR in July 2024 as its first Chief Operating Officer. He is a recognized, results-driven technology executive with 27 years of global experience leading digital transformation, enterprise IT initiatives, and AI innovation across Fortune 500 companies in high-growth environments.
