Srinivas holds a bachelor degree from the Regional Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur (currently known as National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur). Prior to founding SPR, Srinivas was Pre-sales head at Viranchi Collaborated with the sales team, offering technical insights and solutions during client pitches and negotiations.

Venu joined SPR in July 2024 as its SVP Solutions Strategy and Customer Success Officer. He is a recognized, results-driven technology executive with 27 years of global experience leading digital transformation, enterprise IT initiatives, and AI innovation across Fortune 500 companies in high-growth environments. Proven track record in scaling cloud platforms, modernizing regulated life sciences infrastructures, and aligning technology strategy with business outcomes in the Healthcare and Biotechnology sectors.

He played a key role in establishing SPR’s India operations. Before joining SPR, Somu held positions at Satyam, Wipro, TCS, and NTT, where he was involved in the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions using Oracle technologies across diverse industry domains.
